ABOUT ZACH MCKENZIE: Zachary Wayne McKenzie, born April 18, 1987, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is a soulful musician and filmmaker whose career blends Country, Soul, and Gospel influences. Developing a love for music in his church-going childhood, he pursued it further in high school choir and later launched his career after a stint in Bible College. McKenzie gained recognition as the winner of Arkansas Idol in 2012 and competed in American Idol‘s 12th season. Over the last 15 years, he has performed across Arkansas and Nashville, fronted bands, and released solo and group projects, showcasing his talents as a vocalist, songwriter, and acoustic guitarist.
