ABOUT RANDY CARSON: Randy Carson has Texas Country Music roots that go back before he was born. Randy’s dad, “Little Joe Carson,” an artist on Capitol Records was, and still to this day is, one of the most respected country singers from Texas. Randy began teaching himself to play music at age 6 while using the guitar and fiddle his daddy played every night. It will be hard to find a more authentic artist since Randy writes, produces and plays most of the instruments on his recordings. At age 14 Randy started his career by being a part of the opening act for Crystal Gayle. Later doing the same for Brooks & Dunn, Merle Haggard, Ronnie Milsap and others.
