The Home Grown Network offers a growing number of streaming entertainment options as content submissions continue to expand. New artists hoping to get noticed, as well as streamers looking for something new, can find a place to call home with The Home Grown Network.
Though best known for launching the careers of such artists as Dr. Dre, Easy E, Ice Cube, D.J. Yella, and Michel’le, Lonzo is now seeking new talent both locally and globally. In fact, The HGN is a modernized, grassroots approach to creating spaces that draw and develop creative talent—which creates great anticipation for the “next big thing” to be discovered through Lonzo and The HGN.
Live Release Party Wows the Crowd
On December 15, 2021, The HGN presented its highly anticipated Live Release Party, a taping of some of the area’s most lyrically talented artists. The event featured spoken word artists, aspiring rappers, and musicians such as a wildly talented violinist who had the crowd on their feet while he was just tuning up before the show began. The event was well received without the lyrics of bottles, blunts, bullets, b*tches, and gang-banging popular on many playlists. When the veteran singer Barbara Morrison witnessed the unique talent on her stage, she immediately invited The HGN back to continue the lyrical revolution.
