French performer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Romain Pradier has released a pop, rock and folk collection.
Main Hero is a solo rock, pop and folk project by French performer, composer and multi-instrumentalist, Romain Pradier. His debut EP, ‘Lonely Road’, is set for release on April 2, 2021.
Influenced by Pradier’s travels in an old Dodge Charger, the ‘Lonely Road’ EP explores what it means to surrender to nature and the unknown, guided only by your heart. Each track on the album was written, composed and recorded by Pradier in Switzerland, with mixing and mastering completed by Brendan Dekora (Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Muse) in Los Angeles.
Main Hero’s sound is inspired by an eclectic mix of artists and music styles – primarily rock, metal and electro. Pradier cites classic rock groups like The Beatles, Beach Boys, Neil Young, Guns N’Roses and Radiohead as key creative inspirations. Main Hero – a semi-anagram of Pradier’s first name, Romain – is a project that flourished in 2020. The global lockdown gave Pradier the space and confidence to go into his debut EP, guns blazing.
