Canadian Singer-Songwriter Ed Roman Wins Best Reggae Song At Akademia Awards

akademiaMTS Management Group is proud to announce Canadian singer/songwriter Ed Roman is a winner at the Akademia Music Awards. Roman’s  song, “Jamaica” was named Best Reggae Song for September 2015. Winners are determined by the general voting process held by an expert panel of six judges, who are all former senior executives and industry veterans, from some of the largest record companies. “Jamaica” was written by Ed Roman, and the song appears on his 2014 album release, Letters From High Latitudes.  A video for the song was filmed while Ed was delivering humanitarian aid to the island country the song was named for.
