The New Music Weekly country chart for weekending October 11, 2013 is out, and Amy Rose’s latest, “Sunshine” logs a second week among the most-added tracks at country radio. Amy’s single picked up 4 new reporting stations, for a total of 27 reporters in just 2 official weeks of release. The 4 adds ties her with Brothers Osborne, Little Big Town and Gary Allan. “Sunshine” also gained 86 spins over last week, for a total of 407 spins, this week.
Meanwhile, Western Avenue’s hot new single, “Wherever You Are” continues its upward trend on the NMW Chart. The power ballad picks up 57 spins, for a weekly total of 704. This total was enough for a one spot gain to #61. “Wherever You Are” comes in a few back from Dierks Bentley’s “I Hold On” at #58 and The Henningsens’ “I Miss You” at #57.
