The New Music Weekly country chart for weekending October 25th is out, and once again, the Canadian country tandem of Amy Rose and Western Avenue is continuing to make noise in the lower 48. Amy Rose’s “Sunshine” gained 70 new spins, a 14% increase over last week, to earn a “Country Prime Mover” designation. Her single is outpacing tracks by Dierks Bentley, David Nail and Band Perry, with NMW reporting stations. “Sunshine” is up 3 to #82 this week. Meanwhile, Western Avenue’s “Wherever You Are” picks up 61 new spins this week, to land in the “Chartbound” section of the chart, at #54, up 1 from last week.
