MTS Management Group is proud to announce that their client, shred metal guitarist, Xander Demos and his band, will be opening for metal supergroup, Adrenaline Mob at Altar Bar, Pittsburgh, PA, on Saturday, May 12, 2012. Drusky Entertainment is handling the promotion of the event, and tickets ($18 in advance) will be available at www.steelcityguitar.com, as well as the Altar Bar box office and Drusky’s website.
This show announcement comes on the heels of Xander’s recent, successful show opener for Buckethead at the same venue, earlier this month. Xander has also opened shows at Altar Bar for Dio Disciples and Uli Jon Roth (ex-Scorpions.) “Everytime Xander Demos hits the stage, jaws drop and fists raise,” says MTS owner, Michael Stover. “We’re excited to have him on this show. What an incredible night of metal it will be.”
Adrenaline Mob was formed in 2011 and consists of members, Mike Portnoy (ex-Dream Theater,) Russell Allen (Symphony X,) Mike Orlando, and John Moyer (Disturbed.) Their debut album, Omerta, was released in March.
Xander Demos is a member of James Rivera’s Sabbath Judas Sabbath (east coast) and fronts his own band, featuring Chris Batton (drums,) Adam Heusey (keys) and Matt Williams (bass.) Xander’s CD, Guitarcadia, was mixed by Cj Snare of Firehouse, and it was released in February.
